Apex is excited to announce the first phase of an Infor launch at H&S Family of Bakeries.
Apex Systems is pleased to announce the launch of Infor General Ledger and Accounts Payable solutions for Infor CloudSuite Food & Beverage at H&S Family of Bakeries. This is the first phase in a strategic digital transformation journey.
This significant milestone marks a pivotal moment in our company’s work with H&S. The Infor distribution solution will help streamline H&S’s business, improve operational efficiency, optimize financial transactions, and increase visibility and traceability through auditing.

Apex will standardize the primary business process across all locations.
As part of a multi-year phased approach, Apex is implementing Infor’s cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to replace H&S Bakeries’ legacy systems.
This switch enables the company to more effectively manage its network of 10 bakeries and 30 distribution centers across the Eastern US and increases their invoices to 1K per month. The process impacts around 50 users in both headquarters and the plants.
Our team will standardize the primary functional business process across all locations. Apex is proud to provide full vertical integration and visibility over the entire production process.
The three-year deployment entails Apex’s implementation team integrating the software with key business systems as well as reconfiguring their manufacturing and distribution network. The next two phases are scheduled for late 2024 through mid-2025.
