SITUATION
Our client, a major U.S.-based airline, faced the difficult task of migrating three different reports from Spotfire to Power BI. They required a cutting-edge solution to analyze vast datasets almost in real-time, with seamless accessibility across mobile and desktop platforms. The team, being relatively new to Power BI and encountering obstacles with complex data structures, needed in-depth data modeling to improve their report generation capabilities. This highlighted the critical need for detailed Power BI training for the entire team to fully leverage its capabilities for the organization's benefit.
