JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform change management and risk management on projects
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand key design changes requiring validation to accurately integrate engineering validation needs into the system build
• Identify potentially impacted engineering teams, and consolidate validation test plan and schedule
• Resolve conflicts, maintain clarity on priorities and drive progress on execution.
• Provide hands-on program management during design change proposal, design updates and qualification build
• Partner with operation team to ensure qualification units are delivered on time to validation teams, track closely on validation results and track and provide final engineering approval for production implementation
