Job Overview: The Senior Clinical Trial Manager will lead in providing trial management support for autoimmune immunotherapy programs, ensuring the preparation of study materials, managing relationships with study sites and vendors, supervising activities, planning for risks, and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure study compliance with global standards and serve as the primary operational lead.
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage study strategies and proactively address risks.
- Oversee clinical service provider selection and develop study-specific training and documentation.
- Bachelor’s in a life science field with 5+ years in clinical trial management, specifically in autoimmune studies.
- Willingness to travel 10-15% and a strong grasp of global clinical research regulations and compliance.
- Critical and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
