Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager
Pay rate: $50 - 55 per hour on W2
Location: Los Angeles, CA 
Additional details: This role will be mostly remote, with some travel required to locations across Los Angeles County.
Contract Duration: 12+ months w/ strong potential for extension
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of a complex project. The ideal candidate will maintain a tactical focus, setting clear objectives and deliverables to ensure project success. This role involves developing cost-benefit analyses, communicating with executive committees, creating and reporting project status through dashboards, and managing financial aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the delivery of a complex project from initiation to completion.
• Maintain a tactical focus, ensuring objectives and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
• Develop and present cost-benefit analyses to executive committees.
• Create, manage, and report project status using dashboards, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Define project governance policies and manage financial aspects of the project.
• Effectively communicate technical components of the project to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams, motivating team members to achieve their highest potential.
• Interface effectively across all organizational levels, including business units.
• Utilize external vendors and internal resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.
Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Proficiency in Excel and project planning tools (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to analyze data and effectively communicate insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
• Preferred experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft is a plus).
• Background in inventory management and supply chain is preferred.
• Experience in finance and accounting is a plus.
