Position: Senior IAM Engineer

Location: HYBRID - 3 days onsite/2 days remote - CHARLOTTE, NC

Duration: DIRECT HIRE - FULL TIME

Salary Range: UP TO $150,000 + 20-25% annual bonus + benefits

Requirements:

  1. Experience with industry-standard SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, SAML).
  2. Proficiency in Identity and Authentication solutions such as Okta, Auth0, Active Directory, or Azure AD.
  3. Holistic understanding of IAM, including Authentication and Authorization Data, Endpoint Security, Network Security, and Policy Engine.
  4. Scripting experience with languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and PowerShell.
  5. Advanced knowledge of directory services (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory).
  6. Experience with deployments and integration of IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure).
  7. Strong understanding of security best practices for Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Administration of security and logical access control processes.
  2. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of IAM processes and their lifecycle.
  3. Implementation and enhancement of Cloud Privileged Identity Management and JIT\\JEA workflows.
  4. Enhancing overall authorization and authentication protocols within the clients environment.
  5. Collaborating with IAM and Infrastructure teams to manage and reduce interruptions to authentication and authorization services, resolve underlying and recurring problems, and optimize IT supplier services.
  6. Reviewing, designing, and implementing long-term strategies related to authentication and authorization to improve user experience while mitigating risks.
  7. Streamlining and improving user experiences.
  8. Implementing and maintaining technologies to ensure audit and privacy compliance.
  9. Implementing and supporting Azure role-based access control (RBAC) for managing administrative access to Azure resources.
  10. Reviewing recommended designs from Azure Cloud application and infrastructure teams.
  11. Continuous Process Improvement— Develop and review current working practices, policies, procedures, and standards in light of customer demand and regulatory requirements.
