Job Summary:
The Product Owner role is pivotal in driving technological advancements within our organizations lending transformation and technology initiatives. This position requires adeptness in Agile methodologies, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in modernizing legacy technology, executing Agile sprints, and facilitating the transition to platforms like nCino.
 
Top Requirements:

  1. 2-5 years Product Owner experience
  2. Experience in analyzing business processes and translating requirements into technical solutions.
  3. Execution of Agile sprints, manage user support, and facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  4. Financial services or banking background, with ideally an understanding of lending-related technology.
  5. Jira or similar tools for project management and tracking Agile workflows.
  6. Ability to quickly grasp new applications, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  7. Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes initiative to drive projects forward.
 
Desired Requirements:
  1. Familiarity with lending-specific technology platforms such as LoanIQ or nCino.
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly learn new applications, manage user support, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Execute Agile sprints using Jira, modernize legacy technology, and oversee the transition to platforms like nCino.
  • Engage with teams involved in lending transformation and technology projects, ensuring smooth integration of new systems and tools.
