Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite)
Science: Protein Therapeutics
Job Overview: This hands on leader will operate in a cross functional leadership role to facilitate the development and technology transfer efforts of protein therapeutics to external CDMO’s.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize downstream processes for protein therapeutics
- Transfer analytical methods to external testing labs and CDMOs
- Provide training, troubleshooting, or technical support, as necessary.
- Contribute to CMC sections of regulatory filings as needed
- PhD or Masters with extensive background leading a team engaged in protein biologics process development.
- Strong relevant industry experience in downstream process development for proteins
- 3+ years of cross functional team leadership experience
- Experience with proteins derived from microbial fermentation is preferred
