Job Description:

Apex is looking for a Technical CRM (Customer Relationship Managment) Support Representative for a long-term position with a top rated company.  
This position is 100% WFH aside from traveling for a team building events, roughly twice a year.  
Position must sit within 200 miles of Allen, TX, Springfield, MO, Lenexa, KS, Louisville, KY, or Cedar Falls, IA.
Job Description:
The Technical CRM Support Representative will be a key player in our customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. This role requires a strong technical background, with an emphasis on SharePoint, CRM systems, and associated tools.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Resolution (75%): The representative will be responsible for end-to-end problem resolution, including SharePoint page builds and minor configuration changes. This includes understanding the setup of our Customer Portal (SharePoint) and CRM system (PeopleSoft), as well as some knowledge of Active Directory users and groups.
  2. Customer Support (25%): The representative will communicate directly with customers, providing updates and resolutions to their issues.
  3. Team Collaboration: The representative will work closely with technical teams, building rapport and facilitating issue resolution. This includes taking issues from Level II and escalating them to the appropriate technical teams.
  4. System Deployment and Maintenance: The representative will play a key role in system deployments, maintenance, and outage management. This includes taking ownership of communication and procedures during these events.
  5. Future Learning: As our team plans to migrate to Salesforce in the future (approximately 2 years), an interest in learning about this platform would be beneficial.

Team Structure: The representative will join a team of two Level III members.
Work Hours: Standard 1st shift hours for the Central time zone.
