Role: Business Process Manager
Duration: 6 month, possibly extended 
Location:  Dallas TX - Fully Onsite to start then will move to hybrid (4 days in office, 1 WFH) 

Job Description:
The Process Manager role is focused onleading a wide variety of process improvement projects and transformation initiatives across the Consumer Sales unit. This position will be responsible for developing business process improvement capabilities within the Transformation team in a highly visible role reporting into the Consumer Sales Operations Team. The person will be a key contributor to the department by providing strong professional/executive-level presence, technical expertise, business acumen, and a strong desire to help drive business process improvements
Responsibilities:

  • Represent Consumer Sales Operations interests within the Sales Rabbit platform.
  • Update lead routing and assignment across Consumer Sales D2d Sales Teams Internally / Externally
  • Share ownership of integration between Market and Sales Rabbit.
  • Ensure tracking standards that account for marketing / sales goals, drive efficiencies, and enable advanced insights including site analytics, multi-touch attribution, cross-channel and product buy flows.
  • Learn, follow, and evangelize the specific procedures for campaign implementation when new technology or additional ad management systems are introduced.
  • Contribute to the departments goal of continuous improvement and delivering value-added results.
  •  Develop, define, and implement cross-functional process and procedures facilitating a formal PMO function to drive key business imperatives regarding lead management.
  • Prepare tracking enhancements for critical code releases - includes aligning with key partners, identify dependencies and requirements, performing regular quality checks, and advancing progress through privacy and architecture reviews.
  • Learn, follow, and evangelize the specific procedures for campaign implementation when new technology or additional systems are introduced.
  • Actively manage competing deliverables to meet business commitments and client expectations.

 
Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with advanced business process reengineering practices, procedures, and principles (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Data mapping and/or Project management).
  • At least 5 years of professional level experience in Telecommunications in Product, Marketing, Sales/Service, Revenue Operations, Testing, Field Ops or IT PMO.
  • Strong PC skills including 365 Office Suit - Excel, Word Outlook – advanced Excel formula & pivot table experience.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently.
  • Strong time management, organizational, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Sales Force, campaign management, SalesRabbit experience a plus.
