                                                 Senior Business Analyst
Apex Systems is a Global IT Services Firm and our Staffing practice is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to place at our client, a Commercial Real Estate Firm. You will be joining a highly collaborative, fast paced, and high performing team.

Estimated Start Date: Mid-August 2024
Full Time Role 
Working Location: 2 Days in office out of Downtown Toronto
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Who you are:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Analyst with over 7 years of proven expertise in analysis and design in creating or enhancing products and solutions with high user touch. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in managing digital demands and developing product roadmaps.

Business Analysis and Requirements Documentation:
•    Apply critical thinking and advanced business analysis techniques to assess and document business processes, workflows, and systems.
•    Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops, focusing on understanding, refining, and prioritizing business requirements.
•    Create detailed and clear documentation of business requirements, user stories, and use cases, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
•    Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of requirements.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
•    Foster strong working relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
•    Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
•    Facilitate collaborative sessions to gather feedback, address concerns, and drive consensus on business and technical solutions.

Demands Assessment:
•    Conduct comprehensive demands assessments to identify business needs and goals.
•    Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Change Management:
•    Support the change management strategy/plan to ensure smooth transition and user adoption for product releases (such as CRM, property search and other enterprise implementations )
•    Provide guidance to stakeholders on the impact of changes and facilitate training sessions as needed.

Data Analysis:
•    Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
•    Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the CRM implementation process.

What you bring:
•    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
•    Over 7 years of experience in business analysis, implementing new products with high user touch.
•    Strong understanding of demands assessment, change management, and advanced business analysis methodologies.
•    IIBA CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is preferred.
• Experience in the real estate sector is a valuable asset.
•    Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
•    Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2 rounds, 1st round with Sr Manager, 2nd with VP of Technology
