Job Title: Lease Solutions Specialist
Location: Shelton, CT
Length of contract: 1 year, possibility to extend

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Solutions Specialist to manage lease solutions across parts of the US and Canada. This role involves working closely with landlords, leasing teams, field operations, legal teams, and other stakeholders to manage lease terminations, early exits, and collections from franchise owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lease agreements and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lease solutions within assigned territories in the US and Canada.
• Collaborate with landlords, leasing teams, field operations, legal teams, and other stakeholders to negotiate lease terminations and early exits.
• Collect payments from franchise owners and work with the settlement authority team.
• Review legal documents and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
• Conduct site visits before lease terminations to ensure all company belongings are retrieved and properties are returned in accordance with lease terms.

Must-Have Qualifications:

1. Exceptional attention to detail.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Solid understanding of lease agreements.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

1. Background in real estate or legal fields.
2. Experience with equipment manufacturers.
