Required- 3+ years for Sirte Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to work in stressful situations

Essential Responsibilities
- Respond to critical events in other domains and assess impacts to applications within the domain
- Coordinate responses to critical event generated within the domain
- Monitor Big Panda and triage domain events
- Research monitoring events as needed and recommend direction or solution to Run teams
- Identify and, when appropriate, opportunities for process improvements for applications as well as domain SRE functions
- Maintain domain SRE Knowle base
