About Us: Apex Systems is seeking a skilled Jira Administrator to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is proficient in administering Jira Data Center/Server and has a passion for optimizing workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Jira Data Center/Server: Manage and configure issue types, schemes, workflows, custom fields, and screens.
  • Automation: Develop and maintain automation rules to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Add-Ons Management: Install, configure, and manage various Jira add-ons to enhance functionality.
  • User Support: Provide support and training to Jira users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the tool.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Migration Experience (Bonus): Experience with migrating from Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Jira Administrator, specifically with Jira Data Center/Server.
  • Strong understanding of Jira issue types, workflows, custom fields, screens, and automation.
  • Experience with various Jira add-ons and their configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
