- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data modelers and analysts
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, collaborating with other teams to achieve common goals
- Continuously improve and optimize data processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
