Position:  Production Support Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC - 3 days onsite/2 days remote
Duration: 12+ months - potential to extend (contingent on performance)
Pay Rate Range:  $60/hr W2
Top Skill Requirements:
LoanIQ technical experience required.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Understanding of programming methodology is a plus
Application support experience preferred.
 
Job Description
Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders regarding the Loan IQ platform.
Troubleshoot complex LoanIQ system issues.
Document troubleshooting steps and maintenance procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
