Job Description:

• Develop and document processes for Microsoft SCCM, SCSM, SCVMM, SCO, and Hyper-V
• Collaborate with a small team (6 people or less) to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• Utilize extensive Microsoft product knowledge to create detailed and user-friendly documentation.
• Participate in quarterly travel for team meetings and project updates.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft products, particularly the five specified applications.
• Senior-level expertise, capable of working independently and efficiently.
• Strong process-driven approach to documentation.
• NERC certification is a plus but not required.

• Interviews will be conducted the week of September 2nd.
• Open to candidates from various locations, provided they can work within the specified time zone.
