Position Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative application. You will be responsible for building and maintaining both the frontend and backend of our application, using a combination of cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
Skills Required:
Frontend (React.js):
- Develop user interfaces using React.js, following best practices and component- based architecture.
- Build reusable components and UI libraries for efficient development.
- Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement data fetching and API integration.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks for the frontend.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the user interface.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.
Backend (Microservices):
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Node.js, Typescript, and PostgreSQL.
- Implement RESTful APIs for communication between microservices and the frontend.
- Collaborate on defining and implementing domain models based on domain- driven design principles.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code using TypeScript.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks for the backend.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backend services.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in microservice architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for building high-quality software.
Skills Preferred:
- Participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with IBM Loopback 4 or other similar frameworks.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Knowledge of domain-driven design principles.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GitHub Actions for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
- Experience with Nginx as a load balancer and reverse proxy.
- Experience with Consul for service discovery in a microservices architecture
Experience Required:
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong understanding of both frontend and backend development principles.
- Expertise in React.js and Node.js Proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Experience with TypeScript or other strongly typed languages.
Education Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
