Human Resources Coordinator

  • Location: San Antonio, TX
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

 

Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of HR systems transactions, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and practices. This role involves conducting research, organizing, and maintaining all paper and electronic documentation for system changes and employment verifications. The position also includes auditing processes, providing clarifications, and supporting recruitment efforts.
 


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily HR systems transactions, ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Conduct research and maintain all supporting documentation for system changes and employment verifications.
  • Audit processes and provide necessary clarifications to business area leadership and HR/Auditing/Budgeting staff.
  • Answer dedicated phone lines and educate internal and external customers about the companys recruitment efforts and processes.
  • Provide reporting and resolve errors related to positions and employee information.
  • Support and coordinate recruitment events and efforts.
  • Create and maintain all employee files and records.


Skills Required:

  • Flexibility and the ability to pivot between tasks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Experience with scheduling software and tools
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules
