Resource Coordinator
Sierra Vista, AZ
Summary: Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group, or customer.
  1. Compiles various contract, program, and financial data using various database programs, and prepares monthly status reports based on the results.
  2. Processes purchasing requisitions, invoices for consultants and subcontractors.
  3. Process travel request and expense reports.
  4. Serves as point of contact for the office or group on issues related to accounting, purchasing, and other departments, as well as outside contacts such as customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  5. Oversee the staffing needs of various contracts.
  6. Coordinate between Recruiting/Staffing Agencies and program hiring managers.
  7. Prepare various staffing reports and trackers.
  8. Communicate effectively with hiring managers to accomplish staffing needs.
  9. Monitor applicant tracking system for candidate progression in accordance with internal practices.
  10. Manage flow of candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle.
  11. Maintain contact with recruiting/staffing agencies throughout all phases of the hiring process.
  12.  Schedule interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  13. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, external agencies and vendors.
  14. Assist new hires with on-boarding to include I-9 requirements.
  15. Track and assign RSA tokens for new hires.
  16. Coordinate Job Fair events.
  17. Participate in special projects as required.
Education
  • Requires a High School Diploma or GED
  • BA preferred but not required
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of related administrative experience.
