What You’ll Do:

  • Create design proposals based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform current processes and legacy systems to industry best standards and technologies.
  • Lead the assessment of feature requirements, document technical gaps, and determine development needs with a focus on performance efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Develop solution options by analyzing and translating business capabilities into solution concepts and models.
  • Assist in applying strategy and addressing issues and risks related to integration and interoperability.
  • Help develop end-to-end architecture, including system landscapes, integration points, data models, and technical components.
  • Recommend technology and process solutions to address gaps.
  • Provide models and diagrams depicting current and future state IT and business landscapes.
  • Design integrations.
Skills Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of functional/technical experience, including industry process knowledge, solution expertise, consultation skills, and deployment experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
  • Experience with Cloud Run, Data Flow, Cloud SQL, Big Query, and related GCP services.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
Skills Preferred:
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience as an SAP Solution Architect or SAP Technical Lead.
  • Data-centric architecture experience.
  • Experience in SAP module configuration.
  • Automotive or similar manufacturing industry experience.
  • Experience working in a global team and an onshore/offshore team model.
  • Experience working with a Systems Integrator.
  • Overall SAP S/4 knowledge.
  • Strong project management skills with effective communication and collaboration.
  • Respect and empathy for team members, business partners, and product customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and prevention skills.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns.
  • Practical experience with agile delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver product roadmap milestones.
Experience Required:
