Job Description:

Position: Tier I Service Desk
Location: Orlando FL preferred
Duration:  6 months with extensions
Pay Rate Range:  $23/hour
Project Description: 

  • Onboarding another company into their company
  • Setting up applications, logins, troubleshooting apps that they need access to
  • Onboarding, installation, troubleshooting,
  • Teams meetings
  • 170+ people – just finished phase 1 and moving closer to phase 2, going to happen to other parts of company and going to be more than that
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:  
  • Morning meeting – 9:30a everyday – whats happening, whats left, who do we need to reach out to, etc
  • Once they finish tasks will verify with amy everything is done
  • If nothing else is needed will jump into call queue for regular level 1
  • Will be teams meeting set up to help users with issues they’re having – troubleshooting with users after the meetings and what not
Selling Points for Candidates: large and growing company. Contract extensions and permanent employee conversion likely.
