Job Description
Analyze, design, develop, implement, and support improvements to all identity-related aspects of Identity Access Management provisioning. Install, integrate, and maintain SailPoint Identity Access Management, including IdentityNOW, in a client environment. Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve technical scenarios. Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and implement products and services.
Required Skills:
- Experience with SailPoint Identity and Access Management development, including IdentityNOW.
- Proficiency in workflow and plug-ins/API programming.
- Experience in supporting SailPoint IdentityNOW, including monitoring tasks, initiating certifications, executing reports, administration, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of custom changes to and managing deployments of SailPoint IdentityNOW.
- Experience with role mining, role-based access control, and access certification with SailPoint IdentityNOW.
- Experience with installation, management, and updates of the prerequisite databases and Active Directory/LDAP directory servers.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Tomcat, ServiceNow, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
