What We Need:
The Technical Program/Project Manager will need to apply their experience and skills across a variety of roles including scrum master, project and program management, engagement manager, change management, producer, process documentation and improvement, business requirements definition, tracking schedules, action items, and most importantly, forging strong relationships across the business. They need the interpersonal and organizational skills to navigate our complex and fast-paced environment. Perhaps most importantly, they need to have an absolute passion for getting things done.
What You Will Do:

  • Scrum Master for the designated Online Engineering Team
  • Lead technology engagements with various cross-functional teams within Client Publishing to establish, maintain, and drive delivery against multiple program and project schedules.
  • Facilitate and note meetings and engagement with various cross-functional teams within the organization, vendors, and internal representatives.
  • Partner with publishing cross-functional teams, vendors, TPMs, producers, IT leads to identify, document, and communicate project/program scope, schedule, risks, and issues.
  • Proactively identify, track, and drive resolution of blocking issues and non-engineering action items.
  • Establish, maintain, and drive consumption of high-level project status dashboards and reporting for each customer assigned.
  • Transition projects into run state and handoff to appropriate teams.

  • 5+ years experience in Project Management 
  • Domain expertise is a plus:
    • IT (Networking and/or infrastructure), Publishing, Production, and/or Supply Chain & Vendor Management
    • IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
    • Program/Project Management
    • Producing
  • Agile and Waterfall experience
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite
  • Demonstrated strategic planning, strategic facilitation, and executive presentation
  • BA/BS or 4 years of relevant experience in a technical role delivering solutions (e.g., PM, QA, SWE, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to interact, influence, and align with all levels of an organization; and drive consensus
