Therapeutic Area: Oncology / Immuno-oncology
Job Overview:  The Medical Director will oversee the medical strategy and clinical development for immuno-oncology programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct the medical strategy and clinical development for immuno-oncology programs.
• Act as the medical monitor for clinical studies, reviewing patient data on an ongoing basis and meeting with investigators to develop an understanding of the safety profile and antitumor activity of new immuno-oncology agents in development
• Lead regulatory interactions to ensure compliance and advance program objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate medical insights and strategy.
• Ensure clinical programs adhere to company objectives and uphold standards.

Primary Job Requirements:

• MD or MD/PhD with proven oncology expertise and a medical board certification.
• Exceptional skills in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, including CROs, site investigators, and staff, complemented by analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication proficiency, with an aptitude for navigating fast-paced and innovative work settings.
