We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Data Operations Associate to support our growing Foreign Exchange (FX) line of business within Markets Operations. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in finance and operations, who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and maintenance of customer data related to the FX line of business, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the onboarding process for institutional trading desks, focusing on 18-20 asset managers and facilitating a seamless experience.
  • Conduct data entry and respond to queries related to client information, settlements, and global transactions.
  • Collaborate with front, middle, and back office teams to ensure effective data flow and communication.
  • Participate in the transition to new workflows and assist in the implementation of recent policy changes aimed at accelerating customer onboarding.
  • Engage in continuous learning of internal systems and industry-specific terminology, with the support of experienced analysts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience or coursework in capital markets is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience or familiarity with managing customer inputs is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to operate independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, go-getter attitude and a willingness to ask questions.
  • Comfortable working with web-based applications; technical skills (e.g., SQL) are not required.
