Job Description:

Key Accountabilities
Administer the groups activities with respect to Instructor-Led, Web Based, and Virtual Learning courses and programs. The Learning Administrator must be able to coordinate a variety of different courses and projects across multiple disciplines delivered in multiple locations including utilizing our Learning Management System (LMS). Key organizational and communication skills are required to support Learning Advisors across the group.
This position is based in Houston, TX
Responsibilities may include:
• Learning Management System administration
• Maintain Training Records
• Generate training management reports
• Competency Management program support
• Learning delivery and logistics
• Virtual learning technology and production support
• Learning program coordination and communications
• General administrative support
• Large event support - planning, logistics and execution
• Course Evaluation program support
• Website (SharePoint) editing and support
• Web based training development and maintenance
Requirements:
• 2 + years of experience in the use and application of Workday Learning (LMS)
• 3 + years of experience in general learning administration and support
• Proficient MS Office computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Proficient using SharePoint (Webpage update, document libraries and lists)
Preferred:
 1+ years of experience in learning program coordination and delivery
 1 + years of experience in coordinating and supporting large and complex learning curricula and/or programs
• 1 + years of experience in the use and application of Virtual Learning Technology (Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect, WebEx, etc)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and supporting various team members
