Job Description:

Duties: As a Communications Manager, your role involves curating, editing, and writing content to convey complex and technical topics in a conversational, relatable language that encourages stakeholders to take action.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evaluate solutions and alternatives with Communication Consultants and Relationship Managers to support communication strategies and enhance the participant experience.
  • Advise business partners on the efficient use of resources to achieve goals, demonstrating and enhancing existing content where possible.
  • Manage the content development process for communication and education materials, from creative execution and compliance approval to fulfillment via web, direct mail, email, presentations, and digital signage within given timelines.
