Job Description:

Cisco UCS /Telecom Engineer

Location: Texas (Travel Required)

Role Overview: We are seeking a Cisco Support Specialist to assist in user migrations, cutovers, and post-cutover support. The role involves traveling to various sites across Texas, with a 2-day event at each location.

  • Familiarity with Cisco CUCM, CUC and Webex Control Hub
  • Familiarity with Polycom devices
  • Basic phone device configuration in CUCM
  • Basic understanding of provisioning and registering phones (using activation codes)
  • Basic soft client understanding
  • Able to read/understand basic CUCM exports (in .csv format)
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Cisco IOS-XE devices.
  • Basic UC configuration.
  • Basic SCCP/MGCP analog gateway configuration.
  • Basic SIP SRST router configuration.
  • Basic debug/troubleshooting commands
