IMMEDIATE NEED:  Variable Fleet Coordinators

Location: Evansville, IN

  • Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Must Haves:

  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
  • High School Diploma
  • 6+ Months of Rental Car Experience (managing at least 50 vehicles)
  • Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day
  • Strong Customer Service Skills

Hours:

  • Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some weekends and holidays may be required with OT)
  • Part Time: 20-30 hours/week (consistent schedule)
  • Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr. --> $52K annually
  • Location: Evansville, IN 47725

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage key operations of variable fleet units (delivery vehicles)
  • Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the fleet
  • Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units
  • Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors
  • Ensure refueling of returned units
  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel
  • Maintain detailed records of all activities
  • Collaborate with Buyer and Customer to improve the program

Requirements:

  • 1+ years managing rental or fleet vehicles with an understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service
  • 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to drive and be on your feet for up to 8 hours
  • Availability on weekends and some holidays
