We are a team of HR service professionals and digital experience professionals working to redefine our HR Services, through workflow automation and enabling technologies. This business product owner would play a critical role in aligning the business strategy and roadmap for HR service delivery to the digital experience as we accelerate our efforts to modernize and become more efficient.
Looking for:

  • More in-depth product management knowledge and experience in HR service delivery, as well as applicable HRIS experience (leans heavily to ServiceNow, Workday, AbsenceSoft software/tech solutions, HR Acuity for ER service case management). Specific platforms/software listed strongly desired, but open to utilizing similar alternative ones.
  • This role will focus more heavily on the business side. They will be more heavily driving towards business outcomes vs. pulling together people from the tech side (still doing but not as important).

Tools used: ServiceNow, Optimizely, Workday, Slack, SharePoint, Lucidworks
Purpose of Opening: Role supporting HR Service delivery and ServiceNow

Work Schedule: Can ask if there are any issues with either of these 2 items
  • Mostly 8-5 central time work; there can be adjustments / available in that time zone that’s critical – we have 2 afternoons a week blocked for heads-down no meeting work time or ad hoc unscheduled meetings from an EI&D calendar.
  • Culture is relationship based and building trust is hugely important to our work – if remote, zoom cameras on most of the time

Required Skills:  
  • Digital product
  • Understanding of service background – for customers or HR (HR preferred)
  • Experience with SNOW, Zendesk or similar CRM
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (specifically Optimizely)
  • HRIS – specifically servicing systems: Workday, HR Acuity, Absencesoft
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
