Client Industry: AAA Gaming 
Contract Terms: 18 Months 
Start Date: October 7th, 2024
End Date: April 7th, 2026
Location: HYRBID - Vancouver, BC (3 Days a week in office | 2 Days Remote) 

SUMMARY
The Client Studio is looking for a Producer to collaborate with the project team to deliver best in class gaming experiences for our players while meeting quality, schedule, and business targets. The Producer is responsible for managing one or more multidisciplinary teams composed of artists, designers, and engineers and working directly with the Senior Producer to drive assets and features to completion.
As part of the greater Production team, you will be expected to help create and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high performing work environment. As a Producer, you will create production roadmaps based on backlogs and partner with product owners to establish sprint and milestone goals. You will execute against this plan by working with the leadership team to prioritize deliverables, manage risks, react quickly to challenges, report weekly status, and evaluate their group against deliverable completion and quality success criteria.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Among the responsibilities of the role are:

  • Milestone planning, execution, dependency management, and evaluation of priorities
  • Communicating goals to the team and motivating them to execute on time and at a high-quality level
  • Proactive risk management and mitigation
  • Creating, updating, and presenting status and information to the project leadership team
  • Identifying task-related processes to improve efficiency
  • Providing regular capacity plan updates
  • Focusing on project development with an emphasis on team empowerment

ABOUT YOU
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years Production, Development Manager, Project Management or Coordination experience
  • Managed one or more game cross functional teams through all game development phases (Pre-Production, Production, Finaling)
  • Has shipped a minimum of 2 game products, ideally console products.
  • Experience shipping AAA quality games on console.
  • Production experience with a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Has experience managing development projects from concept all the way through to release.
  • Has experience managing multiple cross functional teams.

  • You help directs resources and process towards the vision.
  • You are resourceful and thoughtful in making decisions in a timely manner.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:
