Typical Day in the Role

Purpose of the Team: The Privacy and Trustworthy AI Team is prioritized to work an org to bring compliant product experiences to our global, 1 billion customers.
Key projects: The main function of this role is to systematically work through a prioritized list of projects to complete CELA/compliance-approved and Fluent-aligned designs and deliver to collaborative partners for implementation (can include Engineering, PM, Design, etc.)
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 50% design heads-down work, 25% meetings, 25% collaborating with team members.

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 8+ overall years of experience
• Degrees or certifications required: No degree required for the role, preferred design degree but not required.
• Disqualifiers: No experience with product design will not be eligible for the role. This is not a UX design role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate would have strong time management, experience working with stakeholders, prior experience in compliance and knows how to manage constraints, project management experience, and ability to showcase prior roles in a valuable presentation.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work , meeting deadlines, and feedback from the team.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience

1. Minimum 2 years experience with Figma proficiency with component libraries.
2. Minimum 2 years experience with Figma.
3. Minimum 2 years of planning and executingend-to-endproduct design.

Hard Skills Assessments

• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP.
• Hard Skills Assessment Process: There will be 1-2 rounds of assessments before a candidate is chosen (25-30 minutes).
• Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should be able to speak on their portfolio and their past experience.
The Impact TEC group requires design support to complete their FY25 business priorities. This role will be filled by hiring a vendor that is a mid-to-senior level production designer. The responsibilities of this vendor will be to systematically work through a prioritized list of projects to complete CELA/compliance-approved and Fluent-aligned designs and deliver to collaborative partners for implementation (can include Engineering, PM, Design, etc.)
Were looking for someone that is confident and has worked closely with multiple stakeholders to arrive at a solution. We need someone who can manage moments of ambiguity as global compliance regulations often are updated and the new solution requires coordination between multiple teams (which is facilitated by their PM partners). Good communication skills are an absolute must. This contractor will measure their job satisfaction by their ability to swiftly complete tasks by set deadlines that leads to successful implementation to the benefit of our customers.
