Job Description:

• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret (TS/SCI preferred) – Will upgrade to TS | DoD Budget Experience | Budget Consulting Experience
• Former military  | Polished and eager to learn and grow
• PLUS: Knowledge of DoD acquisition system and Cyber Security Programs

• Junior – 5 years of overall experience (some budget knowledge) & Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent grow opportunity
• Mid Level – 10 years & Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience with DoD programs and management processes
• Experience with analyzing budget data
• Experience nurturing stakeholder relationships
• Familiarity with DoD Planning Guidance, including instructing business units on what items must be included in future budget planning
• Ability to balance multiple diverse workstreams and work collaboratively across teams
• Ability to communicate clearly via oral, written, and visual means

• Experience with enterprise level budget planning, justification, and certifications, including priority trade-offs
• Experience with budget development, planning and certification processes
• Experience with DoD PPBE processes
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and cybersecurity programs
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition system
• Knowledge of the issue paper process or justification of funding
