• 12 years total experience and 10 years experience with cybersecurity or IT related matters. Four additional years are required if no degree is held

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices

• Knowledge of insider threat and user activity monitoring practices and applications

• Ability to clearly communicate to executives and C-suite equivalents in a clear, concise manner via verbal, written and visual communication channels

• Ability to translate technology, intelligence and/or cybersecurity information into enterprise-level reports, policy and strategy document

• Education: Bachelors degree required (see note above about experience equivalent)

• Certification: Not required

Nice If You Have:

• Experience overseeing a cybersecurity focused-team, project or work effort

• Knowledge of Zero Trust principals and their application

• Ability to conduct required research and coordination to represent leadership intent and interests in a Joint Office

• Education: four-year degree in a technical field 

• Certification: Certification accepted for IAT III, IAM III, or any CSSP category is a plus.
