Job Title: Lead Program Manager
Client Type: Financial Services
Location: San Antonio, TX – hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote)
Contract Duration: 6 months (potential to extend)
Rate: $70-80/hr.
Objective: Address separation of duties for the Identity & Access Management Group to mitigate internal fraud and risk management.
Responsibilities:
  • Interview stakeholders to assess current Segregation of Duties (SODs), identify and address potential risks and gaps, and develop and implement SOD plans if none exist.
  • Build and mature a Business as Usual (BAU) process, establish accountability and standard procedures, and manage project execution and ensure program build-out.
  • Continuously assess and identify SODs and evolve the assessment process into a persistent BAU program.
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones.
  • Efficiently identify and solve project issues.
  • Demonstrate leadership to define requirements for project risk.
  • Design and maintain technical and project documentation.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

Must-Have Requirements:
  • Minimum 10+ years of project management or IT Management experience.
  • Risk management background

Preferred Requirements:
  • Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) background is a plus.

Ideal Background:
  • Strong project or program management skills.
  • Experience in risk management and/or data governance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of building or standing up programs.
  • Security IAM background is a plus.

Required Tools/Technologies:
  • Jira Workforce Management: For updating and capturing information.
