Location: Watertown, MA (Hybrid)

Job Overview:  The Director, Clinical Operations will lead the clinical trial operations for their immunology program across all phases (I-III), ensuring successful collaboration and team management.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical trial execution for a key immunology project, ensuring it meets deadlines, budget, and quality metrics.
  • Manage project plans, including protocols, budgets, timelines, enrollment, and risk management.
    Collaborate with internal teams to align clinical trial goals and progress.
  • Provide strategic operational input for Clinical Development Plans within the program.
  • Oversee CRO and vendor performance, ensuring contract fidelity and high-quality standards.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • MA/MS in in health sciences with 10+ years clinical operations experience in pharma or biotech sectors.
  • Experienced in team leadership and personnel development.
  • Experience in IBD, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Respiratory or any autoimmune disease ideal
  • Knowledgeable in global clinical research regulations like US CRF, EU CTD, and ICH GCP.
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks and adapting to dynamic environments with strong problem-solving skills.
