Payments Data Protection Compliance Analyst
 
The Payments Data Protection team ensures Payments compliance to data protection regulations specific to privacy and security.  The PDP team works with partners and 3rd parties to ensure security and privacy safe interactions. The team is looking for an analyst to help with operational work on the team mainly building out dashboards & reports.
Analyst
Primary Location: US - New York (GOVO office in US-NYC-14TH154)
Secondary Location: US - Any location, but needs to work east coast hours
Level: Individual Contributor (min 4 years of experience)
Timezone: 9 AM - 5 PM EST
 
Projects & Responsibilities
·         Experience w/ Javascript, SQL Skills & dashboarding. This role requires building dashboards & various reports
·         Review requests from third parties seeking to onboard onto GPay. The reviews include understanding PCI DSS compliance to ensure the third party processors meet Google’s security requirements
·         Respond to questionnaires from third party partners to assist in attesting to Google and Payments’ security and privacy controls
·         Review the appropriateness of  Googlers’  access to critical access groups. This ensures people have the correct access rights and identifies those who may need to be removed
·         Occasionally other ad-hoc operational tasks may be assigned
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree 
  • 4 years of program management experience in the field of Security, Privacy, or Compliance
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Experience managing internal/external partners or customers
  • PCI compliance experience not required but nice to have (credit card data security)
  • Experience w/ Javascript, SQL Skills & dashboarding
Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Google Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco)
