Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Additional Skills: PE level role for Commercial Bank Generative AI project- Ramping up a team- Lead principal engineer- Defining a solution, creating project plan, working with delivery team on nonfunctional requirementsJob description• 15 years of experience in software development• 5 years of experience in driving technical collaboration across multiple teams and organizations.• Experience building and improving Information Retrieval and Ranking, Machine Learning, Embedding systems.• Experience Developing and implementing machine learning models using Google Vertex AI & Python in an application of Generative AI• Experience in indexing, retrieval, and ranking stacks.• Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, distillation, data generation, and prompt engineering across a large variety of tasks.• Ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with groups (e.g., Engineering, Product Management, AI COE, UX and UI), and brokering trade-offs with stakeholders and understanding their needs.• Outstanding narrative and storytelling skills that propel usage, adoption, and market momentum.
