Role: Loan Processor
Expected start date: 9/16/24
Openings: 6
Pay: $26.57/hr
Hours: M-F, 8AM-5PM
Location: Des Moines, IA - ON-SITE
Contract: 6-months, contract-to-hire
This group of contingent resources will be responsible for reviewing and validating fee changes during the mortgage process. This role reviews loans to ensure that disclosures sent to the borrower and any related fee changes are compliant with TRID regulations. This role does have potential to go from temp to hire.
Looking for candidates with:
- Mortgage loan processing experince
- Previous Home Mortgage experience
- Microsoft Office/Outlook
- Ability to adapt to changes in procedures
- Attention to detail and complex situations
