Position: Senior Oracle Security Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
  • 4x/week onsite
Contract Length: FTE

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:   This role is within the HR technology group for a large client in Charlotte. The group is spearheading the implementation of Oracle HCM from PeopleSoft (legacy system). An SI partner is involved to help with the technical aspect of this implementation, but the team is looking to bring this knowledge in house. This team handles all Core HR functionality as related to employee self-service, manager self-service, HR business partner support tools and HR help desk. This person will own the security piece of the implementation and be responsible for configuring security settings, troubleshooting security-related issues including access, authentication issues and security permissions. This person will also be partnering with others on SOX audit compliance. This person will be responsible for additional components including document records (employee personnel file), application support and other system-related functions.
