Swift Systems Admin
Contract through 12/31/2024
Location: hybrid position. Candidate would be required to work in office 3 days a week per current expectations of our existing resources. Candidates can work out of Minneapolis hub offices which is the preferred location.

Project:

  • Currently, we are working on completing tasks associated with upgrading our system to meet expectations of vendor. Vendor is requiring upgrade of existing hardware solutions module which requires us to upgrade our Windows environment. After upgrade, we will be working on completing system upgrades received from Swift, monitoring systems, enabling/disabling users, updating existing/creating new knowledge articles, creating training materials, etc.

Interview Process:

Description
  • Supports installation, configuration, and maintenance of Swift messaging multi-platform interface.
  • Participates in problem diagnosis, maintenance, and installation of application systems and/or user group profiles.
  • Validates system functionality after changes.
  • Participates in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades.
  • Analyzes and monitors the application system to ensure remain in alliance with Swift expectations and mandates.
  • Works with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues.
