Title: Senior IAM Engineer
Duration: Contract through 6/17/25
Location: Beaverton, OR 
Rate: $65-73/hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IAM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) deployment and engineering, particularly with SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role involves supporting and enhancing our current system, integrating new applications, and leading system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work primarily on SailPoint IdentityIQ, supporting and enhancing the current system.
  • Integrate SailPoint IIQ with new applications using custom connectors and API development.
  • Develop, test, and troubleshoot custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Lead system integrations for both internal and external facing systems/applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Develop plugins, including both frontend facing pages and backend APIs.
  • Utilize expert-level knowledge on webservices and SCIM based connectors.
  • Manage and implement RBAC, Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation, reporting, Password Policies, Separation of duties, User Provisioning, and approval workflows in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Work with SSF and rapid set-up frameworks, SSD deployment framework, and git repositories.
  • Operate in cloud environments and utilize Splunk logging tools.
  • Collaborate with teams using CICD Build Tools and Agile methodologies.

Top 3 Requirements:

  1. SailPoint IIQ expertise.
  2. Minimum of eight years in an identity and access related development role.
  3. Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, REST API, webservices, and cloud platforms.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of IAM deployment and engineering experience with SailPoint.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ version 8.3.
  • Deep technical experience with the SailPoint suite, including LCM, Certifications, Provisioning, and Role Management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, relational databases, Java, BeanShell, REST API, and webservices.
  • Understanding of RBAC, Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation, reporting, Password Policies, Separation of duties, User Provisioning, and approval workflows in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience with SSF and rapid set-up frameworks, SSD deployment framework, and git repositories.
  • Experience working in cloud environments and with Splunk logging tools.
  • Prior experience with CICD Build Tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Twelve years of information technology experience, with a minimum of eight years in an identity and access related development role.
