Job Description:

Candidates must be local and open to working in-office 5 days a week in North Palm Beach, FL. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams to ensure effective adoption of Scrum practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track and analyze team performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote Agile best practices.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency within the team and across the organization.
• Provide regular updates and reports on team progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC)).
• Experience in the energy sector or working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Background in coaching within an Agile environment.
