Responsibilities:
  • The Salesforce Administrator analyzes and fixes business challenges and platform issues.
  • The admin role helps guide business leaders in designing and creating new features; it is also a critical point in improving existing processes and estimating work effort.
  • This role will focus on processes related to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Qualifications:
  • Perform business and systems analysis work knowledge; (business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions)
  • Experience in configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform using:
    • Standard and custom objects,
    • Fields,
    • Approval processes,
    • Lightning flows,
    • Page layouts,
    • Lightning pages,
    • Record types,
    • Sharing rules,
    • Validation rules,
    • and another point-and-click configuration.
  • Experience in researching, advising, and documenting best practices for Salesforce solutions by staying up to date on the latest Salesforce releases and new features.
  • Knowledge of creating and maintaining business requirement documentation, including use cases, process flows, and system interface diagrams.
  • Experience in creating reports in Salesforce.com using report builder and other analytics tools.
  • Experience Developing training materials and conducting training sessions with business users to improve the adoption and efficient use of all systems related to the job functions.
  • Knowledge of how to assist in evaluating App Exchange tools for feasibility and impact on the business.
  • Good communication effectively with business users on the status of enhancements and projects.
